
Tom Yum & Cuban Chicken
We love seeing our customers cooks, here Paul has out together a nice easy recipe using a great mix of two of our popular rubs, to make this delicious chicken dish, perfect for serving with Pittas and salad!

Tom Yum & Cuban Chicken
4 chicken legs.
Buttermilk
2 tbsp Tom Yum Noods seasoning
2 tbsl Cuban rub
½ tsp red food colouring
Cut 3 slits into chicken legs.
Mix rubs and buttermilk together.
Add chicken and get your hands in and rub all over.
Leave to marinade for min 1hr or overnight.
Cook indirect at first and then directly over heat or flames for that charred finish.
Eat with pitta bread, white onoin, tomato and cucumber.
