Inspiration from Northern Italy and a memorable steak whilst sitting next to Lake Garda! This seasoning works especially well with Beef and Lamb and even to season your Pizza!

Method:

Add A&O Italian Stallion to steak or Lamb, the Rosemary in this seasoning really comes through, making it an ideal match for these meats.

Apply to moist surface and allow to marinade, or sprinkle on as you cook the steak to build up layers of flavours. Additionally you can season the chopping board while you slice up your hot steak, flavour layer up flavour layer!

Fantastico!

An absolute hit in our house! Mainly used on chicken and even sprinkled on salads. The freshness and depth of flavour is amazing.

Italian Stallion is full of flavour

I normally buy the garlic and herb rub to flavour pizza, risotto and other Mediterranean dishes, but Italian Stallion definitely has more depth of flavour and I find I am using it in soups, on potatoes and pasta. Not sure I can do without it!

Italian Stallion Seasoning

I’ve used the seasoning on pizza, sandwiches and meats. It’s a fantastic tasting all round seasoning. Don’t use to much as it’s got a very strong taste which add’s fantastic depth.

Italian Stallion

This is such a versatile rub, not only is it amazing on Pizzas, it adds a different dimension to almost everything from pasta, sprinkled over chips it’s amazing, Roast potatoes, I even added it into garlic butter! My better half uses it like confetti, for me it’s delicious in a bath of Oliver Oil and Feta Cheese. Added to focaccia it’s divine! It’s staple in my kitchen that I don’t think I could do without now.
