A very easy simple tasty curry chicken and onions seasoned then fried then add a tin of coconut milk and vegetables/dried fruit - kids love it
A bag of chicken thighs a load of katsu seasoning, a good bit of chilli powder, some good quality olive oil mix together well, leave over night, Kamado high heat and demolish. It’s really nice but very addictive.

Used this to marinade chicken before putting on bbq.. all I have to say is this was amazing.. wee bit of lemon juice and olive oil left in a bag for couple hours.. now a new favourite
