For a new way to enjoy, mix into softened butter to create a flavoured butter, chill and slice to allow to gently melt and trickle over your delicate fish fillets. Add a good shake to the inside of a whole fish, or use through spaghetti with shrimp and clams to make the most beautiful Mediterranean dish!

Salt, Sugar, Onion, Lemon, Orange, Black pepper, Fennel, Celery salt (CELERY), Pink pepper, Coriander, Anise, Garlic, Bay, Bell pepper, Carom, Caraway, Parsley.
Done some chicken legs with the lemon pepper and feather duster, on the kamado was a lovely mix.

Has an overpowering taste of fennel so much so I couldn't taste lemon at all.
The flavours are good balance which can be used on any meat i have used it on pork belly and Lamb chops both the rub enhance the flavours for a bit extra add a bit of garlic butter
Great seasoning have been using it for a number of years. Great on all fish but especially salmon.
