Venison Sausage Rolls
An absolutely delicious Venison Sausage Roll, made with venison mince and our Game Seasoning then wrapped in home cured smoked bacon and carefully wrapped up in some delicious flaky pastry with a dash of Meat Tinsel Seasoning to increase the festive feels!
This one was baked in the Gozney, but would be equally tasty in the oven too. Served up with a gorgeous port infused red currant jam!
