Fantastic rub, don’t let the fact that it’s got chicken in its name that it’s only suitable for chicken, it’s definitely not! This has been added so far to, veg, chips, roast spuds, ready salted crisps (don’t hate) and obviously chicken wings, thighs etc. Honestly, give it a try 👌🏻

Quick easy broth. Great for poaching pheasant in.
Going to try it on a jerky marinade

Used this once so far on smoked bbq chicken quarters. I think it's the best chicken rub I've ever tried. Great balanced flavours. Will definitely recommend.

A now staple in our cupboard, it elevates chicken to the nth degree.
Just buy it if you have got this far!!!

This is a firm family favourite, son in law would have it on his cornflakes if he coukd!

A great base rub which we love to use with the A&O sauces, especially Glazed & Confused or Dirty Barbie bbq.

It's perfect! The right size, nice and weighty and smashes those burgers like a boss!

Winner by name winner by nature, the perfect chicken pimper, super roasts and special spuds. The Pitboss has done it again with this one.

Highly recommend Angus and oink products they never disappoint

I think I was one of the first to review this and here I am, back again.
I use this on chicken wings mostly and I am constantly being asked to make them, this year I have cooked over 300 wings, specifically to the recipe I use with this and basically have been told that at an event next summer I have to cook 300 for guests (and now I have finally perfected getting the exact cook and crispiness I'm sure I will be asked why I'm not cooking more or selling them).
The major comment back is always the flavour - it stands out. Adding JD's Hot Honey to the wings as well is just sublime and really compliments.
We have branched out at home and added this to other dishes such as Mac & Cheese and Lasagne and it truly elevates flavour.

Really suited to handling cast iron and bbq burn ups. Really good service from A&O. Thanks

What a great bit of kit. After seasoning I roasted a chicken and left the lid on. End result a very moist and tasty meal and no splashes of fat in the oven.
Word of worning the pan is heavy and holds it's heat so have a wood cutting board to put the pan on and have some heavy duty oven gloves.

A truly lovely drink, a rum first and foremost , slightly sweet with a pineapple finish, balanced to perfection, not sickly , just a great creation.
