🚚 When We Ship

We're packing and shipping orders Monday to Friday, on a speedy 48-hour service. No weekend dispatch here - even we need a day off from all that flavour.

📦 Tracked All The Way

Every single order gets a fully tracked service - because good things (like our rubs) deserve to be watched closely on their journey to you.

Once it's on its way, you'll get a tracking link straight to your inbox. Pop it open any time for the latest on where your parcel's at.

 

🏠 Not Home? No Problem

Life happens —-if you're out when the courier calls, just head to your tracking link to:

•       Tell them where to leave it (behind the bins, with a neighbour, wherever suits)

•       Pick a better day for redelivery

•       Send it to a local pickup point instead
