Chicken & Bacon Ranch Stromboli

Take a classic stromboli and flip it on its head with a sublime Ranch twist! Smoky bacon, tender chicken, cheese and our flavour-packed Ranch seasoning are a flavour game changer - bringing a little of everything you want to the party in one crispy golden puff pastry parcel.

Try adding diced jalapenos or chopped red onion to the filling for an extra hit of flavour.

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry 
  • 200g cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 100g crispy bacon, crumbled
  • 150g mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp Ranch Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Ranch Sauce
  • 1 egg, beaten (for brushing)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180C fan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, mozzarella, cheddar, Ranch Seasoning and Ranch Sauce.
  3. On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry to 30cm x 40cm. Spread the mixture evenly across the pastry, leaving a 2cm border around the edges. Fold the pastry over the mixture and seal. 
  4. Place the stromboli on a lined baking sheet. Brush the top with beaten egg and sprinkle over some more Ranch seasoning for a little extra flavour kick. 
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Allow to cool, then slice into portions. Serve with extra ranch dressing or a garlic yoghurt.
