Directions

  1. Make the hot honey first: add the honey and Hot Honey garlic seasoning to a small pan, warm gently over a low heat for 3–5 minutes. Remove and stir in the vinegar or lemon juice. Let it sit for 10 minutes to infuse.
  2. Make the caesar dressing: Stir all the ingredients together until smooth and set aside.
  3. Prep the Chicken: Season the panko with Hot Honey Garlic seasoning. Dip the chicken strips into the beaten egg, then into the seasoned panko, pressing to coat.
  4. Pan (or air‑fry) until golden, crispy, and cooked through. While still hot, toss or drizzle with a little extra Hot Honey to lock in even more flavour.
  5. Build the Caesar Salad
  6. Toss chopped lettuce with a spoonful of the Caesar dressing so it’s lightly coated.
  7. Warm your tortillas, then layer in a handful of Caesar salad, the crispy chicken, plus an extra drizzle of hot honey and caesar.
  8. Roll it up tight and dive on in, or toast it up in a pan to crisp up the outside.

Tips:
Got left over honey honey? Put it in a jar for easy drizzling, it tastes even better after a day or two.
