Fools Gold Sprout Gratin

It's sprouts kids, but not as you know it! Not a soggy sprout in sight with this delicious sprout gratin flavoured with our epic Bacon, Miso HoneyFools Gold Seasoning! This could be the first year the kids ask for extra sprouts, and we don't blame them!

ingredients

  • Sprouts 400g halved
  • 1 large Sweet red pepper sliced.
  • Water cress half bag
  • 1 Tbs Fools Gold Bacon Miso Seasoning
  • Crème fraiche 309g
  • Whole grain mustard 1 tbs
  • Strong cheddar good handful

Directions

  1. Pre Heat Oven to 180°C
  2. Wash and half the sprouts
  3. Blanch them in well salted water for 1 minute
  4. Remove from water
  5. Combine the Creme Fraiche, Mustard & Fool’s Gold Seasoning
  6. Then combine the Sprouts, Watercress & Sliced Red Pepper with the mixture
  7. Pour into an overproof dish
  8. Cover with grated cheese
  9. Pop in the oven to cook for 20-25 minutes or until bubbling and golden on top
