Jerk Salmon Tacos

Flaky salmon with the tropical kick of Exodust Jerk seasoning, all tucked into soft tacos with fresh mango salsa. Ready in minutes, it’s the easiest way to taste the Caribbean at home.

ingredients

For the jerk salmon:

  • 2 Skinless salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Exodust jerk seasoning

To Serve:

  • 4 Small tortillas
  • Pink pickled onions
  • Sliced radish
  • Mango salsa (chopped mango, red onion, tomato, cucumber and chilli)
  • Lime wedges
  • Sliced chillies
  • Coriander leaves

Directions

  1. Rub the salmon with olive oil and a hefty sprinkle of Exodust Jerk seasoning. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
  2. Place the fillets in the basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, until they flake easily.
  3. Flake the salmon, load up your tacos with mango salsa, radish and pink pickled onion then finish with a squeeze of lime and more chilli. Fresh, fast, and full of flavour.

Tip: You can finely shred any left-over tortillas, toss in a little oil and more Exodust seasoning for some crunchy tortilla fries. Fling them in the air fryer basket for a couple of minutes to add even more crunch and flavour to your tacos.
