Leftover Pulled Pork and Pineapple Naan Pizza

Yeah, we did it. Pineapple. Twice. And no, we’re not sorry.

We took leftover smoky pulled pork, threw in a fistful of pineapple, and slammed it all on soft, fire baked naan. There’s melted mozzarella, a hit of rich tomato purée, and a blast of our El Jefe and Porky White Chick seasonings. 

ingredients

  • Oven Ready Naan
  • Leftover Pulled Pork
  • Handful of Pineapple Chunks
  • 2 Tsp El Jefe Seasoning
  • 2 Tsp Porky White Chick Seasoning
  • 2 Tsp Tomato Purée
  • 80g Mozzarella
  • Sriracha Mayo
  • Crinkle Cut Gherkins

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 230°.
  2. Combine El Jefe Seasoning with pineapple chunks.
  3. Add Porky White Chick Seasoning to leftover pulled pork.
  4. Cover naan with tomato purée. Top with mozzarella, pulled pork and pineapple.
  5. Bake in the oven for 8 – 10 minutes or until mozzarella is melted.
  6. Top with sriracha mayo and sliced gherkins.
  7. Enjoy and maybe feel a bit guilty because you’re eating pineapple on pineapple on pizza.
