Our special hand prepared blend of quality smoked paprika, chilli, black pepper and a hint of citrus, you'll be creating the ultimate Piri-Piri-fakeaway at home in no time.
In a large bowl mix the Piri Piri Seasoning, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice and Salt
Add the Chicken legs cover with the mix and marinade for 45 minutes or longer if possible!
Start cooking your fries as per instructions
Fire up your pizza oven or conventional kitchen oven
Place chicken legs in a roasting dish along with halved lemons and oil. Cook the chicken until you’ve almost blackened the skin and internal hits 75°c minimum.
Remove and rest
Finish cooking up the fries, toss through more Piri Piri seasoning, vinegar and sea salt
Squeeze your roasted lemons into some mayo liberally spread over the fished dish
