Method: A beautiful simple curry that we cooked all day in the slow cooker. 1 pot clean-down victory!!! You can use lamb in place of the goat in this recipe if goat doesn't float your boat! Add chickpeas, sweet potato and even spinach to make this a great healthy pot-a-curry!!

A Tex-Mex classic, the quesadilla is ripe for filling with meat, cheese and chilli!! Folded wraps oozing with melted spicy Mexican cheese and mozzarella. We used smoked beef cheeks here, but you can use anything from chicken to ham.
Not only does this taste amazing, the colour the beetroot brings to the stew is outstanding! I can see this quickly becoming a firm family favourite!
This is a great recipe to make with the kids and is my 6 year olds favourite to make! We like to make it early Sunday and leave the flavours to infuse for a few hours while we walk the dog, watch a movie or get the homework done!
