Chicken & Sweetcorn Pie

Comfort food level: EXPERT. Creamy cheesy chicken and sweetcorn filling, spiced just right with our Winner Winner Chicken Dinner seasoning, all wrapped up in flaky golden puff pastry. Oven ready in under 30, dinner is sorted. Mmmmmmm.

ingredients

  • About 360g Leftover Chicken
  • 160g Sweetcorn
  • 1 Tsp. Sweet Mustard
  • 1 Tsp. Mustard
  • 300ml Chicken Stock
  • 1 Tbsp. Winner Winner Chicken Dinner Seasoning
  • 20g Butter
  • 20g Flour
  • 70g Cheddar Cheese
  • Ready Made Puff Pastry

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C Fan.
  2. Melt butter in pan and add flour to make a roux, cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Gradually add stock, stirring continuously until sauce thickens.
  4. Add chicken, cheese, sweetcorn and Winner Winner Chicken Dinner Seasoning.
  5. Season to taste and set aside to cool.
  6. Add chicken mixture to ovenproof dish and top with puff pastry, brush with egg and cook for 20-25 minutes.
