Texan: This blend is full of BIG flavour, with pepper and garlic at the fore. Complex spice notes come from ginger and chilli, while the seasoning's savoury powers are boosted with bay, thyme and smoked paprika. This seasoning really compliments beef and steak, giving you a Texas treat with every mouthful. Season towards the end of your cook if searing steaks with high heat, or add to low-and-slow cooked beef ribs.
