Those Sweet Bones

Sweet Bones & Butts is certainly one of my favourite rubs from Angus & Oink, it can be used on a whole host of different cuts, I like to use this mainly for my pork ribs, the taste takes me to the deep south of North America, BBQ heaven.

This was my first rub. Love it. Simple and delicious. Rubbed this into 4 chicken breasts and made chicken burgers, they were simply the best as Tina would say!
