Air Fryer Pork Mince Balls

Healthy, vibrant and full of goodness, this Mediterranean marvel is a great go-to when you’re craving something light that doesn’t scrimp on flavour. Elevated with our Big Phat Greek Seasoning, the pork pairs like a dream with the salad and Tzatzkiki - offering a glorious clash of textures that’ll leave your taste buds tingling.

For the Pork Mince Balls:

  • 500g pork mince
  • 2 tbsp Big Phat Greek Seasoning
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 50g breadcrumbs
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)

For the Salad:

  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 200g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 small red onion, finely sliced
  • 100g feta cheese, crumbled
  • Handful of olives
  • 2 sticks of celery
  • Avocado
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

For the Tzatziki:

  • 150g Greek yoghurt
  • 1 small cucumber, grated and excess water squeezed out
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the pork mince, Big Phat Greek Seasoning, egg, breadcrumbs, and garlic. Mix thoroughly, then roll the mixture into 16–20 small balls
  2. Place in an air fryer proof bowl and air fry for around 18 minutes, shaking them around as they cook (we did this in two batches)
  3. In a bowl, toss together the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, olives, and feta cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Make the Tzatziki: In a small bowl, combine the Greek yoghurt, grated cucumber, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Divide the Greek salad evenly among four containers, add 4–5 pork mince balls to each container, then spoon a portion of tzatziki.
