We packed our Our Big Phat Greek Seasoning with traditional flavours from the islands: quality oregano, rosemary, lemon, cinnamon and salt.

Pile your seasoned meat into warm pitas with Greek salad and a splash of our Red Dawg Hot Sauce......nóstima!!
For best results, coat evenly and use around 3–4% of the meat weight. You can also mix the seasoning with olive oil and lemon juice to create a delicious marinade. Let it rest for at least 1 hour, but overnight marinating delivers the biggest flavour.
