Developed from inspiration of our holidays in Greece. Memories of sunshine, great seafood and even better street food. Big Phat Greek Seasoning is packed with the traditional flavours of the sunshine Island, think quality Oregano, Rosemary, Lemon, Cinnamon and Salt.

Delicious for making homemade Gyros and Souvlaki - grilled chicken, pork or shrimp stuffed into pitas with Greek salad and our Red Dawg Hot Sauce......nóstima!!
Apply an even coating, use at approx 3-4% meat weight, or use mixed with with olive oil & lemon juice - leave to marinade for at least 1 hour, but ideally overnight.

Big Phat Greek rub

We had this on chicken skewers and the herby lemony zing was spot on in homemade pittas and a dollop of tzatziki 👍

Fantastic Chicken Gyros

My first “commercial” rub and the balance of sweet and salt really helped bring out the Greek flavours in the rest of the rub. I’ve often thought that I could do as good a blend at home as buying commercially - maybe I can buy this was an excellent blend and I’d happily try some more A&O blends

Nice taste

Made Greek gyros, lovely flavour but wouldn’t re purchase as expense for size plus shipping cost! It was a one off. I’ll try and get cheaper at the supermarket. Won’t mark down as taste is good. Would be 5* if cheaper and free shipping. I paid over £10 for it.
