ingredients

  • 250 mL of tomato juice
  • 2 tablespoons of pickle juice
  • A big dash of chilli sauce
  • A big dash of Worcester sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of El jefe plus extra for dusting round the glass
  • 50 mil of vodka
  • Juice of half a lime

Directions

  1. Add dashes of Worcestershire Sauce, Chilli Sauce, El Jefe Seasoning into highball glass
  2. then pour all ingredients into highball with ice cubes.
  3. Stir gently.

Recipe Note

Best served with a stem of cucumber, Extra lime and a cheese and kimchi toastie.
