Exodust Broccoli and Cauliflower Souvlaki

A fabulous vegetarian twist on the usual meat based souvlaki! A bit of a fusion dish going on here where we've used our epic Exodust jerk seasoning to coat the veggies. This dish would work equally well with Big Phat Greek, Shawarma, Baharat - wherever you want to go on your flavour journey! 

 

ingredients

  • 120g Broccoli and Cauliflower Florets
  • 100g Butter
  • 2 Tsps. Exodust Seasoning

To serve

  • Flatbreads
  • Fries
  • Mayo
  • Mango Chutney
  • Pickles

Directions

  1. Cook broccoli and cauliflower florets 2 mins less than instructions.
  2. Melt butter and add Exodust Seasoning
  3. Pour melted butter mixture over cooled florets.
  4. Place in air fryer at 200°C for 12-15 minutes until crispy and golden.
  5. Serve on flatbreads with well-seasoned fries, mayo, mango chutney and pickles.
