Montreal Sirloin Steak

Bold, sizzling, and utterly indulgent. This Angus and Oink Sirloin Steak with Garlic Butter Broccoli transforms a classic steak dinner into a flavor explosion. Succulent sirloin steak, rubbed with our signature Angus & Oink Montreal Steak Seasoning and seared to perfection, is luxuriously basted with garlic butter and fresh rosemary.

It’s paired with Tenderstem broccoli, lightly charred and tossed in our Angus & Oink Garlic Butter Seasoning, for a dish that delivers mouthwatering, steakhouse-quality flavor in every bite.

ingredients

• 2 Sirloin steaks (300-400g)

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• 2-3 tbsp Angus & Oink Montreal Steak seasoning

• 2 tbsp butter

• 2 garlic cloves, smashed

• 1 sprig fresh rosemary

• 200g Tenderstem broccoli

•1 tbsp Angus & Oink Garlic Butter seasoning

Directions

  1. Rub the steaks all over with olive oil and Montreal Steak seasoning, don’t hold back.
  2. Sear in a scorching hot pan or grill for 2-3 mins per side.
  3. Drop the heat, add butter, garlic, and rosemary, and baste like a pro.
  4. Rest the steaks for a good 8-10mins. Good things come to those who wait.
  5. Meanwhile, chargrill or fry the Tenderstem broccoli in a dry pan until blistered, then toss in a little knob of butter with Angus and Oink Garlic Butter seasoning for that next-level flavour.
  6. Slice the steak, plate up, and enjoy.
