The flavour profile buzzes with dill and garlic which lift the meat to another level thanks to the notes of sweet pickle and the garlic. A final flourish of oregano, coriander and caraway leads the way for a peppery finish.
Also a mouth-watering burger seasoning for making smash burgers on the flat plate grill or the cast iron in the kitchen. Add the seasoning at 3% to ground beef and use as you would for salt on a steak. Mmmm...! This is a tasty burger!

Love this rub and had fantastic feedback when cooking for large numbers…. Get them smashed burgers on!
Not my favourite, I’m afraid; it’s just a little too salty for our taste. Overpowers the other ingredients and is the dominant flavour. The Montreal steak seasonings that I’ve had in Canada didn’t contain as much salt
Great versatile rub. Use it on veg sparingly and it brings them all to life.
Steak is where this sings though!
