Tom Yum Noods Ramen

We created the Tom Yum seasoning to make it easy for you to create simple easy but very tasty noodle dishes, here Paul has created the delicious looking Ramen dish, which could be topped with any protein of your choice!

ingredients

  • 1 nest of dry egg noodles or fresh.
  • 300 ml of water
  • 15g of Tom Yum Noods seasoning
  • 1 soft boiled egg
  • Spring onoin
  • Pak choi or sliced greens

Optional extras:

  • Sliced beef brisket
  • Mussels or Prawns

Directions

  • Boil a pan of water and add dry noodles (cook separately so the starch doesn't thicken your broth).
  • Boil 300ml water with 15g Tom Yum Noods.
  • Simmer for 5 mins.
  • When noodles are done, drain and rinse under cold water to stop them sticking.
  • Add noodles to bowl and pour of Tom Yum Noods broth (this will reheat the noodles)
  • Add sliced greens, onions, soft boiled egg (sliced in half) and any meat or seafood around the edge of bowl.
  • When ready to eat, mix all together, the heat from the noods will cook the veg and enjoy.
