Do you noodle??

I've taken inspiration from my time backpacking in Thailand (when i lived on noodles and shrimp), to create this Tom Yum Noodle/Broth seasoning!

Just add water and BANG, you have the most delicious Tom Yum broth.

Can also be used to season chicken, pork & shrimp!

Quick work lunch!

I was genuinely blown away by the flavour of this. Hot & Sour perfectly balanced.
I used the Angus and Oink Winter 22 catalogue for the quick work lunch idea, excellent and filling.
