Absolutely bonkers on short ribs!

I generously rubbed the seasoning on a little short rib before throwing it in the smoker for 6 hours. The caramelisation on the bark was gorgeous and the cherry notes weren’t overpowering at all. The sauce to dip or drizzle with is nuts! I will definitely be buying these again when I run out, and I don’t think that will be too long.
