These are not included.
No mincer? No problem.
You can still use this seasoning with pre ground mince and hand shape the sausages into patties or skinless sausages. The flavour is exactly the same only the format changes.
Whether you’re going fully traditional or keeping it simple, this blend delivers proper sausage flavour every time
Feel free to add other fresh ingredients like bell pepper or extra chilli to make the sausage your own style!

I have to say the sausages made with this taste fantastic. Finished with a nice texture and flavour was beautiful. One thing I will say is not quite the chorizo I am used to but makes a fantastically juicy sausage happy to eat anytime.
All in all I will buy again and makes an easy introduction to sausage making without the worry of will it work with filler and flavouring measurements.
Don't think just do..
Only problem I have now is I need to buy a new sausage stuffer..
