It looks like colours of purple heather and marries well with all forms of game we have tried it on.

Beautifully balanced and aromatic flavours. Hints of juniper, citrus, berries, rosemary & thyme with pepper and mustard. Delicious results in the slow cooker or on the grill.

Perfect on steaks, venison casseroles, pheasant, grouse and rabbit.
