A sweet, sticky and gently warming sauce inspired by the flavours of a hot toddy, with whisky-style depth, ginger warmth and a mellow kick from yellow Scotch bonnets.

Smooth, lightly tart and mild in heat, it works brilliantly with fried chicken, stir-fries, grilled meats or as a glaze for wings. It can even be stirred into hot water for a spicy, savoury twist on a classic hot toddy-style drink.
