Flavour of my favourite holiday areas , Balkans it's has various names in the different countries, but kofte taste like this , quick , easy and versatile meals, perfect quick midweek cook or a great party skewer . Just add mince and enjoy

More eastern promise than a Turkish delight. Some incredible flavours hiding in plain sight. I didn't know whether to put on a fez or a burkha.
