This BBQ rub screams Texas!  If you have been to Franklins, Kreutz, Blacks, Smittys, then you know what I am talking about.  This BBQ seasoning is fantastic on steaks and briskets, but can be applied to anything you like!  Many folks love it on chicken and burgers.

OK but a little too much pepper

I liked how it coated the short ribs and it looked great after the cook. The pepper was too much for us though. Next time I'll use less.
