The Windmill Cast Iron BBQ Pans

The pans are made of durable cast iron. This ensures optimal heat conduction and retains heat well. When properly treated according to the instructions, the pans will last a lifetime. Available in three sizes: 2.1 litres, 2.8 litres, and 3.6 litres (detailed below).

Because the BBQ pan doesn't have legs, you can use all the conveniences of a Dutch oven without damaging your grill or convection oven. The inside of the lid also features a polka-dot pattern, ideal for stews. The dots help to reabsorb moisture back into the dish.

Perfect for use on barbecues, open fires, stoves, charcoal and briquettes, but of course also indoors on gas, induction, ceramic hobs and ovens due to the smooth underside.
