Blue Cheese Rubba Rubba Tagliatelle

Comfort food doesn't come much easier than this! Fabulous flavours from the Rubba Rubba seasoning giving the pasta the extra oomph and then wrapped in the cream blue cheese sauce!

20 minutes start to finish, in a bowl, on the sofa, movie started, job done! 

ingredients

  • 100g Tagliatelle Per Person
  • 60g Shropshire Blue Cheese Per Person
  • 30g Salted Butter Per Person
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Rubba Rubba Seasoning Per Person
  • Lime Zest

Directions

  1. Cook tagliatelle in well salted water for approximately 8 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, gently melt butter and blue cheese with a ladle of pasta water.
  3. Add 1/2 tablespoon of Rubba Rubba Seasoning and mix well.
  4. When pasta is al dente, add to frying pan with cheese sauce and toss.
  5. Finish with lime zest and parmesan.
