Greg MacLeman Absolutely love this stuff - perfect for recreating Carnival in the back garden! The only thing stopping me giving it five stars is that it absorbs moisture very quickly, and then it’s ruined. Not sure if it’s the packaging or a quirk of this rub.

Anonymous Another winner from the team. Fantastic depth of flavour. Marinated on some chicken thighs for 24 hours with some onion, scotch bonnet, fresh lime juice and a touch of Red house BBQ sauce. CAUTION: VERY ADDICTIVE
