Popped in past the shop and picked up this cure. Purchased a Pork Belly and used this cure. Easy to do and the end result tastes fantastic. Nice thick bacon not like the shop I managed to get 64 thick rashers and couple handfuls of lardons total cost about £12 to make my own.. if sliced like the shops would have been 120+ slices so not only cheaper but tastes so much better slices thick as I feel and helps me save money while having a better product.
