These are full flavoured rubs no need to over do the dusting . They make a real difference spicy but not tooth melting.
What can I say about the bbq pit boys big texan rub I've used it in a burger mix and it at the weekend to work out the flavour profile and it worked a treat with a great balance of flavours I can't wait to slap it on some ribs or a brisket
Had it on roast chicken - delicious
