I put drumsticks or chicken goujons in a zip bag then add some Broo Tal. Leave it in the fridge for a couple of hours them BBQ.
A word of warning make sure your wife does not pick one up by accident. (Me bad).

Get some drumsticks or thighs and rub this in, just don't use a lot or it will throw you across the kitchen with your hair on fire. It has that step back and admire the heat vibe going on. It has plenty of heat but the meat flavour still comes through. Get some caramelisation going on for that sweet, sticky and fiery taste.
BROO TAL
I adore smoked meat and spicy foods. I sometimes go 100% BROO TAL on my Iberian pork ribs if I’m going for maximum spice but, even at that strength, the other spices still come through. I usually go 50/50 with Sweet Bones ‘N Butts, which still packs more than enough punch to satisfy most spice kicks, whilst still having sweet, smoky undertones. Love it!
