This Lamb Shish Marinade is rich and aromatic with authentic Turkish flavours. It is richer than the Chicken Shish Marinade and made with spices and herbs such as Rosemary & Cumin to compliment red meat.
Add 1 tsp of this marinade on approx 150g lamb and massage in, cook it on the BBQ, grill or oven bake! Each jar contains approx 8 servings.
Try out alternative recipes by adding the marinade to a lamb shoulder or leg of lamb for an alternative to a normal Sunday roast.
