Mamma Mia! A garlic and herb seasoning with Italian roots. Inspired by the aromas from the streets of Naples, think freshly baked pizza, grilled seafood hit with the juice of fresh lemons, and fruity, peppery Italian Olive oil. It's a lot like shaking on some sunshine, and we all need more of that!
Delicious to marinade meat, fish, shrimp, or vegetables for grilling, roasting, slow cooking and pizza topping. Coat well at least 1 hour before cooking - mix with olive oil and some fresh lemon juice, tuck it up in a zip lock bag in the fridge and let it get to work.

Have used this a couple of times now on grilled salmon kebabs, it’s a refreshing change to the more bbq focused rubs I tend to use.
I really like this rub, it’s so versatile and full of flavour! It can be used in so many recipes from, pizza to fish, I add it to omelettes and sprinkle over roast potatoes. Today I added it to a Spanish omelette and it really gave it a flavour boost. Mixed into melting cheese it really comes into its own! Always a winner on my kitchen.
