Above and beyond everything, Savernake are passionate about making the best blades they possibly can. We knew with Scott's eye for detail and a strong vision of what he wanted to achieve, the partnership with Savernake was going to be the perfect one.
Our range, based on their DNA knives have our iconic logo on the blade and a striking red liner against the black wood handle, and the blackened patina. It really is a thing of beauty and would look great in any kitchen inside or out.
Made for herbs and veg, while serving effortlessly as a utility blade, this knife is a companion for those who prefer a smaller, lighter knife. A small version of the excellent nakiri design school, it’s lightweight and compact and therefore also perfect for dicing, garnishes and fruit.
