Above and beyond everything, Savernake are passionate about making the best blades they possibly can. We believe in a perfect fusion of world-class function and striking design. We knew with Scott's eye for detail and a strong vision of what he wanted to achieve, the partnership with Savernake was going to be the perfect one.
Our range, based on their DNA knives have our iconic logo on the blade and a striking red liner against the black wood handle, and the blackened patina. It really is a thing of beauty and would look great in any kitchen inside or out.
This large nakiri encompasses all the core aspects of good knifemaking: weight, precision, balance and fun. The blade is wide enough to provide knuckle guidance the whole way through a chop and the blade has a gentle curve for those who prefer a rocking action, making it a superb all rounder.
Herbs, meat and vegetables all fall by the wayside when it arrives on the scene.
