A&O BBQ School Friday 19th July 2024
Come join us for an afternoon of BBQ, Beer in the relaxed surroundings of A&O HQ!
Our resident PitMaster Scott will talk you through the basics of setting up your BBQ, wood selection for the best flavour combinations. Scott will demo 5 BBQ dishes and talk you through the prep, cook and sides to create each dish. There will also be beer pairing with each course, and usually a spot of rum (or two along the way)!
The class is suitable for everyone
The classes begins at 12pm sharp and lasts around 4 and a half hours!
