We knew with Scott's eye for detail and a strong vision of what he wanted to achieve, the partnership with Savernake was going to be the perfect one.
Our range, based on their DNA knives have our iconic logo on the blade and a striking red liner against the black wood handle, and the blackened patina. It really is a thing of beauty and would look great in any kitchen inside or out.
As a professional chef’s main blade, this beauty has a blade big enough for meat and veg, but precise enough for herbs and garnishes, as well as impromptu carving.
The knife is able to carry off a significant cutting edge without needing a large handle. If you like a slightly larger chef’s knife, but don’t want to get bogged down wielding a huge great lump, then this is the one for you.
