Fools Gold will lift pork and chicken to the next level with an undercoat of umami like no other.

We developed this product to maximise umami using the back notes of bacon, red miso and soy sauce powder. Sweetness from the coconut sugar brings a massive depth of flavour that will enhance pork and chicken to leave you salivating for more. We’ve kept a golden colour and not used paprika here so you can mix and blend with the likes of Sweet Bones & Butts or Feather Duster.

This stuff is AMAZING!!

Fab umami flavour, soooo many uses! I've dusted it over cooked chips fresh out of the oven or air fryer, put a couple of teaspoons in some sausage meat and made sausage rolls with it (to die for), rubbed it on the outside of a chicken to roast, sprinkled in some to regular boring sage and onion stuffing mix to give it a whole extra layer of flavour. It really is like gold dust, elevates everything it touches.
