I use 2 tablespoons of rub mixed in with about 2-3 tablespoons of yoghurt and a squeeze of lemon juice to make a marinade for chicken thighs - cut up and put onto skewers. Grilled on the BBQ for authentic flavours. The colour and taste is fantastic. Serve with flatbreads, salad & slaw for a super tasty meal.
