Directions

  1. Heat a plancha, flat top or heavy frying pan until very hot.
  2. Place the beef mince balls onto the hot surface. Using a heated burger press or heavy spatula, smash each ball firmly into a thin patty.
  3. Season the patties with half of the LOVE BURGER seasoning and cook for 2–3 minutes, until a deep crust forms.
  4. Flip the patties, season again with the remaining Love Burger seasoning, then add a cheese slice to each patty.
  5. Cover with a burger cloche and cook for a further 2–3 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the patties are cooked through.
  6. Lightly toast the brioche buns.
  7. Stack three cheesy smashed patties into each bun and smother with Red House BBQ Sauce.
  8. Serve straight away while hot, melty and properly messy.
