Mamma Mia! A garlic and herb seasoning with Italian roots. Inspired by the aromas from the streets of Naples, think freshly baked pizza, grilled seafood hit with the juice of fresh lemons, and fruity, peppery Italian Olive oil. It's a lot like shaking on some sunshine, and we all need more of that!
Delicious to marinade meat, fish, shrimp, or vegetables for grilling, roasting, slow cooking and pizza topping. Coat well at least 1 hour before cooking - mix with olive oil and some fresh lemon juice, tuck it up in a zip lock bag in the fridge and let it get to work.

My second bottle of this. It is a very good seasoning - been using it on chicken thighs and in pasta sauces. Would recommend....
Used it on chicken breasts and it was great. Lovely flavour, strong on fennel and Italian herb.
