Developed to max your seafood with delicious lemon and citrus notes combined with complex herbs and rare pink peppercorns from Brazil. This is a truly complex rub that delivers on many levels.

Complements everything from Salmon to mackerel and shrimp, but this isn't just for fish - it is insanely good on chicken and pork too.

For a new way to enjoy, mix into softened butter to create a flavoured butter, chill and slice to allow to gently melt and trickle over your delicate fish fillets. Add a good shake to the inside of a whole fish, or use through spaghetti with shrimp and clams to make the most beautiful Mediterranean dish!

Not one of my favourites, tried on Chicken but it was a bit bland

Good rub, but not very lemony

Fantastic rub to mix with the a&O garlic butter rub for fish and veggies. Does not even have a hint of lemon for me - lots of unusual spices which makes it great, but don’t think this can be called Lemon Pepper

I have just tried this on some pan fried Hake and we are very impressed!
I coated the fillets with the rub 9 hours prior to cooking and I then put them in the fridge to marinade. This will be a regular on the menu. Thanks Guys 👍

Great seasoning

I’ve now had several seasoning’s and sauces from A&O and all I can say is wish I’d found them years ago, used the lemon seasoning on a chicken dish and the family loved it, rest assured when this runs out I’ll be back for more
