Absolute beast of a rub used on a monster rack of st Louie ribs (Sherwood's butchers) there are other brands available but what great flavour mixed with glazed and confused BBQ sauce

Sweet bones Pork shoulder

Used it on a pork shoulder, wasnt over generous with the dusting but it made a great bark with a sweet taste. Cant wait to try it on ther meat
