Gosht Lamb Shank Dhansak
"A Gosht curry is traditionally made with lamb or goat and slow cooked for hours and hours to tenderise the meat and release all the wonderful flavours of the spices. This is a hearty meal for two with a lamb shank each to strip from the bone and gnaw upon if your part caveman like us! Add lentils for the Dhansak element, vegetables and a rich broth for a really warming slow cooker compliant meal!"
Easy Indian Loaded Fries
A deliciously quick and easy spin on the usual loaded fries. These are loaded up with some seasoned Paneer, tossed in our Gosht Curry Powder whilst steaming hot, and served with homemade Onion Chutney and Lemon Pepper Raita!

Pulled Pork & Jalapeño Tamales
Tamales are a popular dish when it comes to Mexican street food and these bad boys are filled with a variety of fillings. Stuff em with cheese, Mexican rice or meat of your choice, it’s entirely down to you but you can never go wrong with pulled pork.
